- There was another incident here at Belcaro
recently. The Santa Clarita emergency services
had received a call for help. The resident was too
compromised to open the door when the rescuers
arrived, and neither the block captain, the
assistant block captain, nor Vanessa had a key
or information for an emergency contact, so the
fire department had to break a window to enter
the home and provide help to the injured resident.
