
The Belcaro Design Review Committee (DRC)
The Belcaro Garden Society Design Review Committee shall act as the
appellate committee for applications that have been reviewed and addressed by
the Design Review committee of a sub-association. Each homeowner should
have a copy of the “Design Review Manual”.
This manual is to be used when you are considering changes to your
landscaping, and additions or modifications to the structure of your home. When
considering repainting of exterior, or doors and gates, home owners must follow
the “Color Application Specifications Disclosure” that was issued and signed by
each home owner specifying your phase, lot, plan, and color scheme. Changes
and/or modifications to an existing structure, you are required to submit plans
and any building permits along with your application.
Please submit your application to Vanessa who will forward it to the property
manager. Approval is required before starting any project.
The property manager (Cyndi) will forward your application to the respective sub-
association (DRC), who will review, and sign off on your application before
forwarding to the Belcaro Garden Society Design Review Committee for final
approval. Once the approval has been granted, the Property Manager will advise
you in writing and you can begin your project.
The purpose of the Design Review Committee is to protect, insure the integrity
and maintain the architectural and landscaping beauty of our community. We
continue to strive to keep Belcaro one of the finest communities in the Santa
Clarita Valley.
