Community Reminders

Just a friendly reminder about your trash cans:

Trash must be contained within receptacles provided by the

City’s approved

rubbish

service, and it shall not be placed at

curbside for pickup until the evening

before the

designated

collection day. Trash receptacles shall be removed from

curbside prior to 8:00 P.

M. on collection day.

All trash shall be carefully contained within the proper

receptacle to avoid being

scattered

by the wind.

Please allow at least 30 days after you submit your

application to the Design Review

Committee before you start

your project or improvement. While that may seem to be a

time, the process is designed to ensure the integrity and

beauty of our

Dog Owners, Please be considerate…

Ask your dog not to place his/her waste matter into the trash

disposal bins near the

Grove

House.

The large accumulation of “Doggie-Do” causes a terrible odor

and attracts huge

numbers of

flies – would you be happy to

live next door during these sweltering

summer days?

After all, it is your pet;

shouldn't

you be using your own trash

container?

Thank you for being compassionate toward all of your

neighbors.

Illegally Parked

Any vehicle that is illegally parked in the Belcaro Community is

subject to tow at the

owner’s

expense according to the

Belcaro Governing Documents and the California

Vehicle

Code.

Garage Door Requirements

A request was made by a homeowner to the Property

Manager that an article be

placed in

this newsletter

concerning the appearance of garage doors on homes in

Belcaro.

The Belcaro Rules and Regulations dated January 2009

(page 8, Exterior

Appearance

Requirements, item 9) states:

“Garage doors shall remain closed except as reasonably

required for entry or

departure or

when performing chores (i.e.

cleanup, yard maintenance, car washing,

etc.).”

Pool Rules

Children’s hours are everyday from 11:30 to 2:30 p.m., and on
the weekends, the pool reopens to children from 4:00 until 6:
00 p.m.

On Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day the pool
will be open to children all day long.

Adult guests are welcome anytime, as long as they are
accompanied by a resident. Please do not send your guest to
the pool and meet up with them later. Guests must arrive,
stay, and leave with a resident.
